The Virgil Sturgeon - Hook, Line and Stinker

Running time: 17mins 54secs

Introducing The Virgil Sturgeon

From the streets of the Lower East Side New York, the City of Light and London Town come Daniel Jackson, Gabriel Mimouni and Simon Waller, who unite to form the Virgil Sturgeon - All three of these well worn journey men have been working on music since they could stutter, cry, and sometimes talk... Three different countries, three different people. Dan met Gab, Gab met Simon, Simon met Dan, and the three laughed and talked of Eq's and LP's.

Here you will be given the bait and tackle, rods, reels, wet suits, snorkels, flippers, and a single engine propeller motor boat to make this expedition a bit more Cousteau-ish. Peter Sellers has resurrected, and he told me to tell you all that we suspect everything, and we suspect nothing. What do you expect?

The Virgil Sturgeon have just finished recording their debut EP "catch and release" which is now available to buy on CD and instant MP3 download from the Woodshed shop.

Meiko, a fourth band member has recently jumped onto the sturgeon boat and joined the group. Together they are currently frying up an album to follow on from the EP. Thanks to Paul Burgess for providing the sturgeon's turntable scratches
